Please be mindful when scheduling a time for puppy pick-up or delivery, We likely have other families coming on the same day, so please respect their schedule as well. If you are more than a few minutes late or early, it impacts the amount of time we have available to care for the existing puppies or the arrival of the next family. We know that many of our families travel from a distance and more than appreciate the time and effort that takes. We understand that there are times when travel delays happen and some things we just can’t avoid. If this is the case, please give us a call.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to acquire one of our puppies. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to the total cost of the puppy. We accept Venmo, cash, checks or Zelle for the deposit. The final payment is due two weeks prior to pick-up unless other arrangements have been made. Payments made within 2-weeks of pick-up must be made in cash, credit card or Zelle only. If paying by check, please make payable to: Tammy Neel. You can make your payments in installments as long as the total cost is paid in full 2-weeks prior to the puppy leaving. Your deposit is due 24-hours after reserving your new puppy.
